I’m a registered counsellor and somatic psychotherapist, offering a safe supportive space located on Gadigal land in Sydney's Eastern suburbs.

Also known as Somatic Psychotherapy, somatic means relating to the body, as distinct from the mind. In essence, we use the body-mind connection to bring a greater awareness of our emotional and behavioural patterns.

Together, we utilise your strengths and resources and use evidence-based modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused approaches to help you find practical solutions for meaningful, positive change and enhanced well-being.
