• By booking and paying for an appointment, you agree that payment secures your scheduled session only. Provision of psychotherapy or counselling services is subject to professional assessment and does not guarantee an ongoing therapeutic relationship.
• All payments are in AUD

Refund Policy:

• Payments are refundable or transferable if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments are generally non-refundable.

Privacy Policy:

• We collect only the personal information needed to manage appointments and provide our services. Payments are securely processed by Square. Clinical records are stored separately in a secure electronic health record system. We do not sell your personal information and only disclose it with your consent or where required by law.
