Each person's experience of grief is unique. Using person-centred counselling and somatic techniques, we explore how loss shapes your experience, using dialogue, mind-body awareness, and compassionate witnessing. This approach fosters coping, insight, and resilience, helping you navigate bereavement in adaptive and restorative ways.
We start by acknowledging that your grief experience is entirely unique and respond to it with care and understanding by supporting you, whether it means integrating loss, re-engaging in life, or simply being present with your emotions.

I maintain high clinical standards through regular supervision and ongoing professional development. My counselling training was completed with the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors (AIPC), and my specialised somatic training with the Institute of Body Psychotherapy.
Somatic psychotherapy supports awareness of the connections between body and mind, helping you navigate bereavement with presence, coping skills, and insight.

Touch may be offered as an optional way to support or teach grounding, always with clear explanation and explicit consent.
